Viella Construction specialises in high-quality residential construction delivering expertise in sustainable building methods featuring industry-leading future-proofing for our Clients. Our residential delivery team prides itself on attention to quality and efficiency of construction delivery. We deliver future-proofed built environment assets on behalf of our Clients.
Viella Construction was formed in 2019 to deliver high-quality residential construction in London and the South for select Clients. Bringing together the exemplary experience of construction industry veterans, Viella Construction sought to change the way we deliver construction projects. We are focused on streamlining the process to benefit our Employers and Clients through advanced modern methods of construction; including embedded use of digital technologies that help us drive efficiency, quality and produce better buildings.
Our peopleOur Quality promise is based on our belief that a successful construction project brings together the three main measurements of success for our Clients: Price, Programme and Quality. Our Quality Management System (QMS) has been developed over many years, learning from different experiences of quality management and best practice. We have developed an advanced QMS process that captures quality at every step of the journey from concept through design, procurement, construction, handover and in-use. We are currently submitting our QMS for recognition under the ISO standards 9001, 14001 and 18001.
